SUCH A NICE DISPLAY AT CROCKER PARK. REMINDED ME OF SETTING UP THE TRAIN UNDER THE CHRISTMAS TREE WITH MY DAD. FROM ELYRIA & WOULD LIKE TO SUGGEST A DISPLAY AT THE MIDWAY MALL. NEW OWNER, SO MAY BE OPEN TO IDEA. CITY HAS SMALL TRAIN DISPLAY AT ABBE RD RANGER STATION FOR CHRISTMAS.
Just wanted to thank you for sharing your amazing display with the public at Crocker Park. I am a nanny and took my little 2 year old charge there on several occasions. He is a train fanatic. I loved all of the loving detail you put into this display. The reindeer farm...the ski lift. The smoke coming out of the chimneys. It was a warm and welcoming stop during this freezing holiday season. Also....the people who were there to discuss the display were quite amazing and courteous. I loved the interactivity of the display which permitted you to press buttons and hear the resulting sounds. It's all fabulous and I greatly appreciate this beautiful and amazing display. Thank you!!!!! Sincerely, V

I AND MY FAMILY REALLY ENJOYED OUR VISIT YESTERDAY!!! Elizabeth WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. THANKS FOR MAKING A SPECIAL MOMENT FOR ALL OF US!!!
We visited the train display at Crocker Park by chance on 12/24/17. This display was amazing!! My two granddaughters loved it! I loved the ski lift and the outdoor theatre and the ice mountain and just everything! The trains were beautiful and the Santa area was so much fun the the kinds. Thank you for doing all that hard work. We will be back next year and be telling friends too!

The display at Crocker Park in Westlake is wonderful! We especially enjoyed the ski jump and the drive in theater. The town was delightful as well. Thank you for doing this!!

I just wanted to shoot you a quick thank you email and give you some positive feedback on your railroad page - https://www.nogrs.org/links.html As a retired social studies teacher, I'm staying busy by volunteering in the youth department of my library (I can't let my brain rot away haha!)The kids are learning about transportation history at the moment, with a focus on expanding westward with trains. Your page has been a big help - we've referenced it quite a bit! I encouraged the kids to do some research on their own and one of the girls, Alexa, found this guide: www.homeadvisor.com/r/texas-railroad-history/Everyone loved it - including me. (Don't let the title fool you - it covers way more than just Texas railroads!) I even learned a couple of things. I know you're probably busy with the holidays but I was wondering if you could include a link to it somewhere on your page for me? If there is anything that I've learned in my years of working with the youth, it's that encouragement is such a powerful thing! I'd love to show Alexa; I meet with her tonight! Looking forward to hearing from you! Happy Holidays!! Mr. B
